Vice President Cotton Crop Qualification & Experience:- PH.d (Agri.) with 20 to 25 years experience in
Cotton Crop Breeding. Location:- In Maharashtra HQ -Jalna Main Purpose of the Job:-To breed, develop, scout elite varieties and hybrids of mandated crops and take them to commercialization and IPR.
Job Description: To prepare a road map for product (varieties, hybrids, biotech based development). To design and assign specific breeding programme / projects for each of the breeder in his group. Get the proper documentation of various activities in prescribed formats. Guide all breeders of his group in proper analysis of data and identification of elite material to be advanced for further evaluation, trials and release. Get release proposals prepared for the identified products and present before the release committee.
Ensure proper documentation and filling of IPR under PVP & FR authority. Enhance the germplasm collection from various local, national and international sources. Keep an intimate liaison with various key as well as eminent scientist / breeder and functionaries. Get the crop review process completed and diverse proper response and action plan. Provide data and documents required for sale permission in various states to marketing department. Co-ordinate with coordinator - evaluation to get biotech products advanced though regular requirements. Prepare a budget for the activities of crops concerned. Any other critical and responsible job arising from time to time.
Chief R & D Pulses Qualification & Experience:- PH.d (Agri.) with 20 to 25 years experience in

Manager [QM -GOT(Grow Out Test)] Qualification & Experience:- B.Sc [ Agri ] / M.Sc [Ag ] / Seed Technologies /

PH. d (Horticulture) with 10 - 12 Yrs of experience. Location:- In Maharashtra HQ -Jalna Main Purpose of the Job:- Manage all matters relating to technically perfect
GOT and as per Company norms
Job Description:
As the I/c of the GOT -- All matters relating to the Companys GOT activities in the Center - technically sound, scientifically correct, reporting wise accurate, operation wise timely/prompt, realistic and economical as pre/post control arrangement- in tune with the national / international norms . Collecting and compiling all the required data / information relating to seed production and the expected sample load at least two months ahead of seed crop harvest / raw seed arrival each season. Preparing the GOT plan, for each relevant product, No. of samples,sowing, observation and reporting schedules;etc . Working out the land area requirement, making the best possible land facility for proper and prompt conduct of GOT as economically as is possible . Close linkage with the R&D and Source Seed Departments especially for the varietal description literature, identification clues etc and wherever possible / required,arranging GOT evaluation by the R&D . Periodical review and updating of GOT policies, procedures, norms, standards, prescriptions, etc in tune with the Govt regulations, other companies practices etc and ensuring their application / adoption . Arranging and monitoring the dispatch and delivery ofGOT Samples from the QM Lab; and ensuring their sowing, growing finally ending up in the observations and reporting . Periodical critical review of the GOT results, analyzing them, drawing meaningful inferences and presenting suitable inputs for the future . Comparing GOT observations and inferences with the ultimate product performance so as to develop confidence in the GOT system / method . Adopting GOT as an internal confirmation / cross check measure for ODV s reported from to time . Taking care of all the expenses / payments towards salaries, wages, GOT land lease, GOT crop production,etc and maintaining the required information. Any other assignment as may crop up from time to time .
