Description:
A two component self-leveling clear epoxy, low odor, solvent free, with incomparable yellowing resistance. It is specially designed for casting
in molds and art formations.
Recommended Use:
It is used in the formations, unlimited art works and furniture such as elegant modern tables and can be used to make decorative shapes
with wood to give a unique aesthetic look in addition to using for making small antiques and accessories to give attractive appearance ..etc.

• Tensile Strength: 31.1 N/mm² ASTM C307-2003.
• Flexural Strength: 42.5 N/mm² ASTM C722.
• Hardness shore D 80 ASTM C882.
• Chemical Resistance : Excellent ASTM D1308.
• Abrasion Resistance : Excellent ASTM D4060/2007.
• Scratch Resistance : 2000 ASTM D7027.
• Impact Resistance : No crack ISO 6262.
• Compressive Strength: 72.4 N/mm² ASTM C 579-2001.
Application Tools:
• Suitable molds non-stickable epoxy.
• Suitable mixing tool.
Application Conditions:
Surface temperature should be more than (21°C) and less than (29°C).

Application Guide:
• The molds should be non-stickable and not affected by moisture so that will not affect on product’s transparency .
• For best results, the temperature should not exceed 29°C because it may cause sintering, clouds or bubbles.
• The amount of the base and hardener must be accurately measured before mixing.
• The product is designed to be free of bubbles in a few minutes.
• Use hot air dryer to remove the bubbles if necessary.
• Some of the objects and shapes which are used for decorative form are painted with thin coat of the product and then leave it to dry before
the casting process to avoid bubbles.
• Remove the molds after 24 hours of casting.
• The edges can be sanded with a suitable knife or sanding tool.
Mixing Ratio:
• By volume : Base Hardener
2 : 1
• Mix rates must be observed to obtain a homogeneous and transparent mixture.
Pot-Life:
90 minutes @ 25°C.
The mixture should be used within this potlife time.
Thinner:
• Not recommended.
Thinner Ratio:
• Ready to use.
Application Method:
• Prepare the molds of non-stickable special materials.
• Prepare the required artistic shapes or objects by painting them with a thin coat of the product after mixing suitable quantity and then
leave it to dry.
• install and distribute the required artistic shapes or objects into the mold.
• Mix the base and hardener well.
• Add colorants to the product if desired and mix them well to get homogeneous mixture.
• Cast “Jazeera Crystal Resin” on the mold gradually and distribute it to the entire mold.
Note: If the required thickness is more than 2 cm, the casting should be done in stages.
• Use hot air (dryer) to remove the bubbles if necessary.
• Remove the molds after 24 hours of casting process.
• Remove the edges and the protrusions of cast by sanding (after 72 hours@ 25 °C).
• Polishing by using special materials according to desire.
Drying Time:
• The mold removal time is 24 hours @ 25°C.
• Hard dry: 72 hours @ 25°C.
• Full dry: 7 days.
Cleaning Tools:
• For tolls: use solvents, alcohol.
• For hands: use soap and water.
Note: Don’t use solvents or alcohol to clean hands.

Shelf Life & Storage:

Shelf life : 12 months @ 25 °C.
Storage: The container should be kept in sealed, dry, cool, well -ventilated place and stored in accordance with national regulations.
Safety Precautions:
• Please read and follow the precautionary notices displayed on the container, and all caution statements on the MSDS of this product.
• Handle with care before and during use.
• During application of paint, contact of liquid paint with eyes, skin, inhalation of paint mist and paint vapour, should be strongly avoided.
• Recommended to use the product in well-ventilated area when applying the paint in insufficient ventilated areas, forced ventilation should
be provided.
• Keep away from the reach of children.
For environmental safety: please donate the leftover paint and packaging to your local authorized institution for usage or recycling purpose.
Note: Wastes and empty containers should be disposed of in accordance with local regulations made under the Control of Pollution Act and
the Environmental Protection Act.
