Documentation
Every stage of the internship work must be documented properly. In addition, the
document must be reviewed as well signed for authentication by the respective advisor
before final submission. The minimum document template requirement for the
internship report is illustrated below:
Report Format
• A4 size paper
• 1” margin for all (top, bottom, left, right)
• 1.3 line spacing; 3 points before and after the paragraph;
• Alignment: justified
• Font: 12-point New Times Roman for the body text and bigger fonts (increment by 1)
for titles and subtitles depending on the depth (hierarchy) of titles you have
• The pages must be numbered starting from the Introduction page
• A page with list of figures, list of algorithms, list of acronyms…. should be in roman
number system (i, ii, iii, iv….) except for the table of content.
