Discussion:
Freehand Drawing is simple a drawing done by hand without using the aid of any tools
in drawing. It allows visualization of an idea in the form of a sketch. Drawing is done by
technical and skilled worker and the other drawings done by artist. Artist’s drawings are
generally freehand drawings; that drawing are made without the use of drawing instruments.
Such drawings are made in pictorial drawings as seen by the artist’s eyes. As his art use either,
lead pencil, charcoal or carbon pencil, black ink, oil paint water colour, or crayon. Technical men
and industrial workers, make working sketches which are also freehand drawings but are shown
on a special type of drawing called orthographic projection. An orthographic projection is a type
of drawing showing three views, this views are the top view, front view and side view. Freehand
drawing is a synonym of sketch.
