Strategy
This plan will follow the basic quality control management procedures set by the company by testing the finished products' absorption level, stability, resistance, and suitability in the company studio. The results of the quality inspection will be then be evaluated based on the total quality management (TQM) tools by Heizer & Render (2009) and the Ishikawa diagram to identify the causes and effects of non-conformity.
