The Department of CSE (CYS, DS and AI&DS) has been on
started in the year 2020 and offers 3 UG programmes B.
Tech-CSE (Cyber Security), B. Tech-CSE (Data Science) “Foundations of Data Science”
and B. Tech - CSE (Artificial Intelligence & Data Science). Aug 02nd –07th , 2022

Tech-CSE (Data science) has been started with an intake
of 60 students in 2020 and B. Tech-CSE (AI &DS) has been DEPARTMENT OF CSE (CYS,DS and AI&DS)
started in the year 2021 with an intake of 60 students.
Subsequently, the B.Tech-CSE (Data Science) programme IN COLLABORATION WITH
intake has been increased to 120 in the year 2021. The
main goal of the department is to teach students cutting- CSE (AIML & IOT) AND CSE
edge technologies by creating a robust curriculum
inculcate problem-solving skills and encourage them to
innovate using these cutting-edge technologies. The
department has been engaged in collaborative and
multidisciplinary research, with publications in a high
impact factor SCI/Scopus journal. The faculty members
are indulged in attending various conferences and
workshops to enhance their skills in cyber security, data

About CSE (AI&ML,IOT) AND CSE
The CSE-AL&ML Department has started functioning in the 
year 2021. The Department has two B.Tech programmes 
named CSE (AI&ML) with an intake of 180 seats and 
CSE(IOT) with an intake of 60 seats. As an integral part of 
the institute, the prime focus of the Department is to
provide a conceptual base in Artificial Intelligence and

Machine Learning which forms a foundation to the 
Computer Science subjects. The CSE department is 
instrumental in grooming the students into competent 
Engineers and individuals through training in live 
projects and data analysis ready to compete for global
opportunities. The department takes pride in having
experienced faculty with educational and research
background from premier institutes like NIT, IIT, IIIT &
HCU. In view of the rapid development of knowledge and
the technological changes, the department seeks to VALLURUPALLI NAGESWARA RAO VIGNANA JYOTHI
strengthen the department by integrating it with the INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING & TECHNOLOGY
engineering departments for a productive knowledge base.
The department has been encouraging the conduct of Pragathi Nagar, Nizampet (S.O.)
