Original / Basic import format
The yellow section below is what you would copy/paste into the Upload page of the website.
Column 1 is the question, and column 2 is the answer.
Each row is a new card.

This "original" import format supports up to 5 columns, as shown below:

A new import format is available which allows up to 5 sides and 4 categories.

Adding Categories
Categories are used to filter cards when studying, so you can study just select categories.

Up to 4 different categories are supported, so you can add columns for "Category 2", "Category 3" and "Category 4".
Multiple category names (tags) can be entered by separating with a semicolon (;).
Adding Pictures and Sounds
You enter the file name of the picture and/or sound you want shown on each side of the flashcard.
The header tells the app what side to put each picture or sound on.

In this example, in addition to text on side 1 and 2, a picture will be shown on side 1, and a sound clip will be included
Note that "Text 1" is not a required column, so if you don't have text to show on side 1, don't include this column.

After uploading your flashcard text (with picture/sound file names defined), do the following to upload the actual pictu
1) To go the "Upload Pictures / Sounds" page (link in top right). You should see the list of picture
2) Upload each file one at a time, or zip them up and upload a zip file.

Creating New-Lines in Text
If you want to force a new line in your text, use a special command to do this in Excel.
On the PC, use alt-enter in Excel to create a new line in a cell.
On a Mac, try the following: command+enter, option+enter, or command+option+enter.
Notice how the bright yellow cell has new lines in it. This will create new lines in your flashcards in the app.

When doing this, you will see quotes added to your text when pasting into my website. This is normal.

Multiple Choice
By default, the wrong answers in a multiple choice test will be taken from other random cards in the deck. So, there is nothing

You can specify more than one correct answer by separating answers with a semicolon and a new line (alt-enter in Excel for W
