The MRA 840 programme sequence controller is suited for tumbler units with vacuum and temperature control. It controls vacuum and drum operation times, drum speed, and functions like drum rotation and lifting. The controller stores up to 50 programs with 9 steps each, and each step can be customized with parameters like temperature, times, speed, and vacuum levels. It distinguishes between normal and raw material programs and contains a manual program to control functions individually.

Programme sequence controller MRA 840
-conform
Most suited for:
Tumbler units with vacuum and temperature control. Special features: Controls the vacuum and drum operation times as well as the drum speed. Additional possible functions e.g. lifting and lowering of the drum (or left-hand/right-hand rotation of the drum). Function: To facilitate easy use, the MRA 840 has a 16-digit alphanumerical text display. The controller can store up to 50 programmes with 9 steps each. Every programme has a legible title. Within each step the following parameter can be set: nominal temperature, drum operation times and rest times, drum speed, left-hand or right-hand rotation of the drum, lifting and lowering of the drum, vacuum and ventilation times, vacuum level in % and the all-over operation time. The controller distinguishes between „normal“ programmes with times in hours:minutes and „raw material“ programmes with times in minutes:seconds. The appliance contains a manual program, in which single functions can be switched on or off. The input of programmes and the settings can only be protected against incorrect operation by means of an access code. In case of power cut, the regulator automatically continues the interrupted programme after resumption of power.
