Provide relevant information that will substantiate your answers:

1. What are the advantages and disadvantages of International Marketing?

It is all about products and services that serve in the market outside, in short it evaluates
international trading. In this segment they are able to make their business bigger and stronger. Their are
also some advantages and disadvantages of International Marketing and they are:

Advantages of International Marketing:

• Protect Against Economic Downturn - it is a technique able to survive the slow movement of the
economy. That diversification is really sustainable since it allows them to add some products and services
to their existing markets that can really engage a huge change to catch up with many customers. In short
it helps to secure the organization or the company.

• Market Expansion - it expands and explores the products and services in the market that increase the
share and sales of the company or business.

• Provide Competitive Advantages - since they are trading their products and services to other
countries, it makes them at the edge that definitely sustains a larger amount of money. It is also a good
tactic since it evaluates lower labor expenses.

• Employment Opportunities - it gives bigger opportunities to the people who are searching and gaining
to have a work. It also implies that their employees are the key to sustaining the customers satisfaction
and expectations.

• Effective Utilization of Surplus Production - it evaluates a large amount of manufacturing that makes
their productivity much more effective and efficient.

Disadvantages of International Marketing:

• Higher Competition - since many businesses are doing this kind of technique, it is quite hard to
become at the edge. They are not just competing with locals but also with foreign countries. That a good
innovation is the key to become at the top.

• Foreign Government Entry and Restrictions - most of the country has different rules and regulations
especially to the vat that they are aiming to engage.
• Exchange Rate Volatility - it can cause some troubles when monetary policy will evaluate large
changes, that makes the volatility weaker.

• High Foreign Country Debt - it is also the main reason why the business went into bankruptcy due to
the debts increasing and the sales decreasing. That conducting some peripheral research in the economy
is a must.

• Cultural Differences - it is the most prominent since some of the customers are not on good terms with
other products due to their cultures. That implies to reduce the competitiveness in their rivalries.

2. How will our current administration contribute to the progress of international marketing?

Our administration can currently engage a wider and successful exporting and importing of
different products and services internationally. In short they should engage open trade policies
nationwide. That it can technically boost to open a wider amount of shares and sales in different
businesses to our country. The best thing also that they should imply is to increase the production
locally and globally. They can also establish a good cultural relationship within the different countries in
order to sustain a larger quantity of products in the different countries. Within those thoughts they can
eventually give many opportunities to the people who lost their jobs due to the pandemic situation. It
can also become a stepping stone to decrease the poverty in our country. But at first they should
establish not too much expectations in finding the right candidate, they should do some techniques on
how they will teach them to become good employees. In this strategy they are able to pertain and to
make their employees engage their loyalty.

3. What factors make International Marketing more feasible than other business strategies?

International Marketing is more prominent due to the larger percentage to gain some chance to be
extremely ahead in the competition in the industry. Since they provide a larger capacity to sustain a
larger amount of sales and quantity to the different countries. Since they are able to get a sustainable
profit in each product that they provide to other foreign countries due to the exchange rates. The
physical infrastructure also is stronger and reliable. Due to the competitive climate they are able to know
what are their target foreign countries that can become suitable to gain a larger amount of income. They
also have a power to control their alliance whether they want to engage partnership, to establish
franchises and gain different investments. Those strategies are really a good accomplishment if they are
able to prior success in their organization. But the most important thing is you should believe and engage
in all the efforts just to achieve those goals effectively and efficiently.

4. Cite successful local/foreign businesses used International Marketing effectively.l


Most of the companies are using this kind of strategy due to the high effectiveness in the
competitive industry. For example, Coca-cola are engaging their products and services locally and
foreign. That they eventually engage a good innovation with a brilliant marketing strategy in also favor to
the international marketing. In this strategy they definitely make their company wider and stronger. They
also make their products to become in the minds of the customers, due to the packaging, taste and also
their advertisements that are technically unique to other brands. Like their local operations that they
technically favor to the different cultural, that make the taste of their soda unique but really attractive.
They also share happiness and do charities that giving initiations to make their customers proud to them.

Spotify, that is also engaging local and foreign services successfully. Since they are at the top spot
and also engaging in some innovation to make them unique to their rivalries. With this strategy they are
able to reach the satisfaction and expectations of their customers. Due to extremely giving them
privilege to pick the songs that they wanted to play.

5. For your future business, will you utilize the advantages of International Marketing? How?

In my opinion, I will also pursue international marketing as a strategy. Since I was able to find out
that it gives different advantages, that can technically help to reach the success of the business or the
company. First thing I will do is to search what foreign countries will be suitable for my products and
services and I will make sure that the risk that I will take should become worth it to engage. Also I will
find some research on how I will make my products and services to become at the top and also I will do
some innovation that will definitely become at the edge in the competitive industry. I will also secure my
plan B in case of technical situations that I will be able to face, especially to financial situations. I will also
expand my business widely in order to make my sales and shares.
