1- Carry out pm for w12,13,14 and 15.
2- Checked fire pump and crown o - matic condition on daily basis with driller.
3- Housekeeping for all rig equipment.
4- Cleaned air filters for all equipment three times.
5- Check carrier tires at 120 Psi and changed 2 tire valves due to leak.
6- Housekeeping handle tools and hoses at work shop.
7- Serviced high pressure cleaner twice.
8- Worked on welded pump (its ok just need hoses for suction and discharge).
9- Changed hyd. hose for return line of power tong and send the old one to be
compressed and it is ok in work shop. Also repaired backup control valve and
changed o ring and straightened the holder plate for o ring. Also changed damaged
return connection.
10- Changed oil for Kelly spinner and 2 quick couplers of supply and return. Greased
wash pipe.
11- Complete services for mud pump engine at T/H=525.
12- Changed oil for rotary table gear box. Noticed that its oiler pump is driven by the
input shaft so it is better to engage the rotary revers from the rotary gear box not
from the Allison in order to keep the same direction of rotation of oil pump.
13- Greased the propeller shaft of rotary table every rig up.
14- Rig move to well R-111 I H on mars 30th. Serviced crown and travelling block.
15- The calibration team could not come this move due to no gate pass for them.
16- Made alignment for mast with eng Abd Alsallam.
17- Repaired test pump leak and changed its high pressure hose by a new one rated
to 5000 psi. the old one still in yard for repair. Flushed test pump circuit with oil after
finish work to avoid internal rust and corrosion.
18- Changed hose for pump pressure sensor and charged it. Flushed the old one with
hand pump and installed it again.
19- Changed diaphragm for stand pipe sensor on swaco unit.
20- Fixed broken suction pipe for fresh water motor at service caravan.

21- Changed oil seal for stearing mechanism for carrier. It is recommended to by-
pass stearing during jarring and stuck operation. After jarring we cancelled the by-
pass and the steering is ok.
22- Complete services for power engine No#2 at T/H=2061.
23- Installed door for mosque.
24- Pm for tower light and jenny boom.
25- Complete services for carrier engine NO#2 at T/H=3006.
26- Working on items for technical audit.
27- Adjust transmition oil for carrier engine NO#1.
28- Checked tire bolts tighten for rig caravans and greased all axles and brake
mechanism.
29- 4 hoses were sent to yard for repair one for p. T. O outlet,the second is 1" for
hyd. manifold. Third for balancing cylinder and the fourth for disc brake.

30- Eng. Mokhtar asked for the specs of the all components of anchor gauge
system(gauge, hose, hook lood cell and fittings). All specs were sent to him by mai.

31- Eng. Mokhtar asked for working on rig hoses inventory and sheet for
lengthes,specs of fittings and pressure rating.
