When using with EW in the manufacturing process (boneless roasts of meat or fish
processing plant), you can see the effect of disinfection. In addition, this processing product

4. Meat processing

There are pathogenic microorganisms such as 'Salmonella, E. coli, etc.'

6-1. Pigsty

Pigs are influenced by seasonal stress, immunocompromised environment, nutrition and hygiene
management. To prevent infectious disease in domestic animals like foot and mouse disease and cholera,
sterilize inside and outside of pigsty with electrolyzed disinfectant water once a week, trim livestock’s hooves
periodically, and manage a hygiene by restricting visitor access.

1) Keep warmming, Ventilation

Need for attention about preventing the wet ground,


increased poison gas by obturation, and humidity control. at
this point, eliminate an odor and sterilize the pigsty. In the
winter, ammonia has to be kept less than 15ppm

6-2. Cattle shed


“The organic and non antibiotic cattle” is born as a result of stockbreeding farmhouses effort to raise confidence about
food and reflect the consumer’s heightened expectation. With the effort to produce the hygienic and healthy livestock
products, the schemes are enhanced through modernizing the cattle shed facilities, applying HACCP system at the
stages of breeding and consumption, with “Environmentally Agriculture Promotion Act” in 1997, “Environmentally
Friendly Agriculture Promotion Act” in 2001, “Non-antibiotic Certification System Introduction” in 2007.

Cows can be stressed and have a digestive disorder when

Foot-and-Mouth Disease (FMD) is an infectious disease which

1. Physico-chemical changes during preparation of the vegetable salad


The results indicate that during the preparation of a traditional salad, only about 1/58 to 1/80
residual chlorine of a chlorine solution was detected on the salad with washing electrolyzed

1. The results indicate that during the preparation of a traditional salad, only about 1/58 to 1/100
residual chlorine of a chlorine solution was detected in electrolyzed water.

3. Analysis results of microorganism on Salad, Utensils and Container

In case of a typical. salad production process, the total microbial counts mostly exceeded the safety
standard value with each step.
However, results of the production process used Electrolyzed water showed that meet all of the standard
value from the after pre-processing step to feeding step.
Also, the result of microbiological analysis about utensils and container in the general production process,
the total microbial and coliform counts were excess in totality and seemed a cause of Cross-
contamination. However, the result of washing a cookware, containers, and work area once with
[Result] Electrolyzed water, the standard value was all satisfied.
