My name is Auwal Ahmad i was born in Mai’adua Local Government katsina state

f Nigeria on 9th may,1996.


This subject interests me because I am always using computers and have been u
g them from such a young age and I own many different computers from desktop
omputers, laptops and tablets and I enjoy using them. I think I’m suitable f
urse because I have a passion for computer programming.
I have worked as a teaching assistant at one of our primary school for work e
ence when I was studying in university.
After I complete the course, I wish to work in software engineering. By using
owledge gained from this course, such as learning to program and use a progra
ing language such as html, css, php,C++,visual basic andJavaScript and i work
erv ng to do my industrial training workshop.
I understand that computer science is not just about programming and hardware
ut also about the ethics entailed in the process of a design as well as innov
nking and I am constantly seeking to learn new skills and gain experience fro
ous activities.
Computing has definitely made me more aware of how higher education works as
am constantly having to carry out my own personal research in my spare time
elp me, My problem solving skills have been influenced the most by this cours
to the coding which I find very challenging in some stages, but very rewardi
n it's solved. My IT course relates to the subject I wish to study also from
ng to teams within ICT work,I have really been enlighten as to the world of I
ow it plays such a functional, extensive and essential part of many elements

I am a hardworking and highly motivated individual as I ensure that I keep al


signments up to date and ensure that, they are submitted on time. I got mostl
its and distinctions on my assignments during my course.
My attendance is excellent, showing that I am motivated as I always attend s
to learn and gain more knowledge. Assignments are always on time ensuring tha
never miss the deadline for the submission and done to the best of my abilit
wing how hardworking I am. I am also a multilingual, able to speak two langua
uently (English and Hausa).
Technological advancements take place around us everyday, from the evolution
bulky antenna phones into smart phones to the introduction of smart virtual a
nts such as Apple’s Siri, Google Now and Windows’ Cortana. I am inspired by
act that computer science has become a fundamental element in the development
of a better, smarter future for our world and my goal is to be part of that d
ent process.
Overall, I feel that I am an extremely hardworking and creative person who wa
challenge myself in the future. I hope that studying Computing in University
p strengthen my knowledge of the subject and find me a successful career in t
uture in a field surrounding my topic.
