Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Mahek Shah, currently in grade 12 of the ISC course at the Cathedral and John Connon School. Our
school counsellor, Miss Shukla, informed us about the internship opportunities available during the
summer in finance. My interest in finance arises from my natural talent for numbers and analysis.

I believe that even in the 21st century, numerous women around the globe are inadequately educated
with financial knowledge. This has been one of my driving forces for pursuing finance as a career.

An internship will give me experience in the career field and help me prepare for what to expect from
the field in the future. Through this type of hands-on experience, I hope to develop my professional
background in preparation for a position in the finance field after graduating from college.

I would be available the entire summer, beginning from May 1. Thank you for your consideration. I hope
