Pre-Start (Mark) – Good morning, everyone! For those who are inside of the gymnasium that have not yet listed
their names to the attendance sheet, please go to registration area near the entrance door. Thank You!

Guideline 1(Lysele) – Reminder po sa ating lahat, please i-avoid po natin ang pagkakalat sa ating gymnasium.
We have trash bag at the back. Thank You!

Mark: Ultimately, leadership is not about glorius crowning acts, according to Chris Hadfield. It involves
motivating your team to work hard toward a common objective, especially when the stakes are high, and the
results are crucial.

Lysele: It involves laying the foundation for others' excellence before stepping back and allowing them to take
center stage.

Mark: Many are called but few are chosen, a famous scripture from the Bible from the book of Matthew.
Indeed, there are many who aim, but only few succeeded. This is the great day for us to witness something
greater in the Public Administration.

Lysele: To formally start our program, let us all rise and bow our heads as we proceed to prayer for God’s
guidance to us, to be followed by the singing of the National Anthem, Pangasinan Hymn and PSU Hymn
through an audio-visual presentation.

Mark: Please be seated.

Lysele: To the ever-dynamic and energetic Chairperson of the Public Administration Department, Sir Jeffrey
De Asis, To the dedicated and goal-oriented Adviser of the Public Administration Student Club Mr. Darwin
Palado, Sir. To our hardworking faculty members of the Public Administration Department, fellow students,
friends, guests,

Lysele: I am Lysele Cayabyab, and this is the ”BPA Induction Program 2022”
Mark: At this juncture, let us lend our ears to ___________________, for the Opening Remarks, let us give a
resounding applause please.

Lysele: Thank you for that warm welcome and heartfelt message ________.

Mark: Bigyan naman po natin ng malakas na palakpak ang bawat isa. I’ll take this opportunity partner para sa
ating lahat na mga BPA students and PASC officers. Kaya may special activity tayong gagawin.

Lysele: Naks naman partner, ano ba ang gagawin natin diyan?

Mark: May I ask all to rise…. Sige po, I request those students na inaantok!

Lysele: Alla partner ang daming inaantok!

Mark: Sa tingin ko nagising na ang dugo nila partner, Kidding aside, totoo na ‘to.. May I request to please rise,
lahat na ah… For this moment meron tayong gagawin partner para malaman natin kong ang mga BPA students
natin ngayon ay energetic.

Lysele: Parang exciting na nakakaba naman partner … Ayan sige po tumayo po tayo, ang hindi tatayo uupo na
po sa upuan hanggang katapusan ng semester. Joke lang hahaha, Let’s participate!

Mark: So energizing! Nakita natin ang active participation ng ating mga BPA Class.

Lysele: Again thank you BPA student for your active participation. At this moment, we will hear an
inspirational message from ____________ let’s give a warm of applause please.

Mark: Upon hearing the inspirational message, my heart was filled with courage and power to pursue the things
that can contribute to my life mission

Lysele: That’s right since _____________________(bahala ka na mag add eheheh)

Mark: At this juncture , we will proceed to the oath of office of newly elected PASC officers, may I call on Sir
Jeffrey De Asis, Public Administration Chairperson to do the honors.

Lysele: Congratulations to our newly elected PASC officers. May you never stop shine brighter to all BPA
students and the whole University.
Mark: At this moment, we will proceed to the oath of membership of the PASC, may I call on
_______________ to do the honors.

Lysele: May all of us be passionate and committed PASC members to achieve greater things in our Student
Club. At this juncture, may I Call _____________ for the Report of the executive Agenda. Please give a
resounding applause.

Mark: Thank you ____________.

Lysele: Everyone has a unique characteristic. Indeed, BPA class are skillful, talented, energetic and
enthusiastic. That’s why this moment we will witness all of the BPA class showcasing their creativity. Aside
from that, PASC prepared many games for all of us to be participated to establish our solidarity and harmony.
This will be fun!

Mark: I’m so grateful and joyful for what happen today.
