    A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING L3 LIMPIADO HARDWARE OPC TO INCASH CHECK NUMBER _____________


    WITH A CORRESPONDING AMOUNT OF Php 22,258.11 PESOS ONLY FOR THE PAYMENT FOR THE
    PURCHASE MATERIALS FOR THE REHABILITATION DAY CARE CENTER OF BARANGAY SAMPAO, ALMERIA,
    BILIRAN.

    WHEREAS, presented during the session assembled of the Sangguniang Barangay was to purchase materials
    needed for rehabilitation of the day care center of the barangay;
    WHEREAS, payment will be taken from the development fund CY 2021 deposited at the official bank depository of
    the barangay - Land Bank of the Philippines, Naval Branch, Naval, Biliran;
    NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon.Alberto T. Asumbrado, Chairman-Committee on Appropriation of the
    Sangguniang Barangay duly seconded by the rest of the Sanggunian present, be it;

    RESOLVED AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED, to authorize L3 LIMPIADO HARDWARE OPC to incash check number
    with corresponding amount stated above for the payment of the purchase materials.
    RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnish to the offices concern for their information and
    guidance;
