WARRANTY
10 years comprehensive warranty is requireed that
covers effectiveness of termite treatment. Any failure in
this regard has to be addressed and rectified bh the
a) vandor in 7 calender days. Undertaking will be required
from the vendor that the product is environment friendly
and non-hazardous. Treatment shall be carried out as
per manufacturer's specifications and instructiions in
stages given below...:

approved quality in line level and plumb, setting the
blocks in 1:6 cement sand mortar, including filling joints,
pointing, niche, curing, placing scaffolding, including
appropiate steel anchors tied to RCC columns/walls,
hacking of existing surface for bending where necessary,
wastage etc., complete in all respect as per drawings
specifications and directed by architect including the cost
of reinforcement anchors if required. (The compressive
strength shall be minimum 1000 psi for blocks)

5 INTERNAL PLASTER
Provide & apply 1:4 cement & sand, 1/2" thick internal
plaster as specified including making grooves (1/2" x

galvanized metal lathe of 18SWG at the junctions of
concrete and block masonry/concrete and

Provide and lay porcelain tile of approved sample for
flooring in slope if required with 1:4 cement sand mortar
base of required thickness (minimum 2") & tile bond
(Shabbir/Equivalent), so as to achieve a minimum overall
finished floor thickness including tiles as 3" setting the
tiles with neat cement mortar, grouting the butt joints with
approved grout & approved colour as per manufacturer's
specifications & instructions, including curing, cleaning,
hacking / chipping etc. of existing surfaces for bonding
where necessary. All tiles to be grinded at 45 o before
placing at exposed corners, rubber hammer to be used to
fix the tiles, complete in all respect as per drawing,
specifications and as instructed by the Engineer.
