 Structural Working in progress. To be given as committed on 20 th Nov,21. (Bilal sb)


 Parking’s are being calculated and 150 nos are to be kept for retail.
The Court Heights  Architecture IFC of Sales office to be provided when 3d of ceilings are finalized. (Arch dept working on it).
 Beam issue of Sales office needs to be discussed with Rameez and AVP.
Structure: Bilal sb  First Floor Slab is being casted of Sales office.
Electrical: Eleken  Block masonry on ground floor has started of Sales office.
Mechanical: SEM  QS dept uploaded all Mechanical and Electrical quantities of Sales office.
 Drawings of Sales office uploaded in Software.

 Meeting to be held regarding master planning of TCIP on 17 th Nov,21.


 Latest drawings shared with Eleken and SEM for marking all their services for meeting, 16-Nov,21.
 Provide parking on plot for visitors.
The Court  Provide Parking Plaza for visitors.
 Provide Park near gate 2 with provision of parking’s.
Industrial Park  Working drawing of Sales office received on 11th Nov 21.
 Working drawings of sales office sent for structure to Bilal sb on 11 th Nov,21.
Structure: Bilal sb  New Layout shared with FND for quote on 16-Nov-21.
Electrical: Eleken  Bore Holes of Soil test completed.
Mechanical: SEM  Soil Test reports awaited.
 Fly ash (Backfilling) quotation from vendors awaited.
 Meeting with JT partners done on 15th Nov,21.
 JT Partner will come to Pakistan for face-to-face meeting.
The Court  Pile Tender floated on 4th November,21.
Skyscraper  Al Ghazi had meeting with noman sb on 15th Nov,21.
 Al Ghazi shared quotation on 16th Nov,21.
Structure: Mushtaq sb  Share details with Al Ghazi regarding whole building.
Electrical: SMC  Harisnco had meeting with Talha on 15th Nov,21 regarding piling and main building.
Mechanical: SMC  Covered area was shared with Harisnco for quotation of Main Building.
 Harisnco shared revised quotation with/without electricity.
 Comparative statement in progress.
 Followup CES for work and give references for work not in their scope.
 Afaaq(National Boring), Abid(National Boring), Atlas to share revised quotation.
 SMC shared updated drawings of Plumbing, Drainage, Fire on 16 th Nov,21.
 SMC will share updated drawings of HVAC and Electrical on 25 th Nov,21.
 Lux levels go ahead to be given by ASA for main building.
 Façade Lighting decision to be taken.
 ASA to give go ahead on piling as Column Layout plan shared with ASA on 13 th Nov,21.
 Vetting given to Beg Associates on 13th Nov,21.
 Beg Associates replied that not to reduce the number of piles and provide reaction marking on piles on 16 th Nov,21.
 M&B to share latest survey plan.
 QS checking Ali Interiors bill

 100 KVA generator needed due to load shedding.
 Eleken shared proposal as per K-Electric for decision of sub-station on 15 th Nov,21.
The Court Regency  Elevator required at site which will be dismantled and used at other sites too.
 Alfa contract Aluminum with Tahir.
Structure: Alliance  Kone (Farooq)to talk regarding fire lift.
Electrical: Eleken  TCR elevation to be finalized. (Mr. Iqbal sb and Mr. Wajahat)
Mechanical: SEM  Checking of Bill – 37th Running bill- TMC.
 Checking of BBS – Podium 2.
 Drawings updated till today in software.
