CONSUMER BUYING BEHAVIOR

1. Problem Recognition

Undecided which of the three laptop brands is suitable for online learning class. (Apple, HP, Lenovo).

2. Information Search

PERSONAL: Find someone to ask what better to buy a laptop for online learning class.

COMMERCIAL: There many advertisements about the brand of chosen.

PUBLIC: Someone will insist you to buy one of the brands and insist you the background
of the laptop brand you choose in mall, online shop.

EXPERITENTIAL: One of these brands are already used before.

3. Evaluation of Alternatives

Evaluate each brand (Apple, HP, Lenovo) which one of these is the most preferable in online learning
class.

4. Purchase Decision

Apple has highest specs and not too weight and can be lift everywhere but cost much.

HP has many choices of specs which will be afford but has sensitive when it comes to running too fast.

Lenovo has many choices of specs it can be a gaming laptop, editing laptop, suitable for online learning
class but cost too much.

In these 3 brands of laptop. Most preferable is Lenovo.

5. Post-purchase Behavior

Lenovo is one of the popular when it comes to online learning class. That’s why Lenovo has speed run
and it can’t be sensitive at all. Perfect for all.
