the main concept of DBV is:

1. when you just install DBV and enable at the database level, that is mean you
enable separation of duty, the sysdba users no longer be able to create users, no
longer be able to
grant object level permissions on protected realms (unless he is owner or
participant).

2. system privildges (like select any table) no longer affect protected realms, but
specific object level permission is ok,
