1. The document describes a Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS) being designed and installed for a 2x660MW coal-fired power plant in China to monitor emissions from the plant's flue gas. There will be a total of 6 CEMS installed to monitor emissions from both boilers at various points.
2. The CEMS will continuously monitor sulfur oxides, nitrogen oxides, oxygen, carbon oxides, gas flow, pressure, temperature, and humidity from the flue gas. Measured data will be recorded and sent to the plant's control system.
3. As of the document date, installation of 2 CEMS sets for Boiler 2 was finished with commissioning scheduled for

China Power Hub 2x660MW coal fired power plant project have designed one sets of Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS) for each boiler to monitoring emission flue gas at the outlet of the sea water Flue Gas Desulfurization (FGD).and another one set of CEMS install at the entrance of the seawater FGD. Totally, there are 3 separate local CEMS room with our sets of CEMS, and one local CEMS room is located at 90 high meters of the chimney with 2 sets of CEMS to monitoring the outlet emission flue gas of both boiler, the other two is located ground separately for each boiler. CEMS for CPHGC power plant can continual monitor the SOX, NOX, O2, COX and the gas flow, pressure, temperature, humidity, turbidity of the flue gas. All the measured data will be record at local processor and sent to power plant Distribute control system to let the operators monitor and control FGD so as to guarantee the emission flue gas is less than the design data. All measure data accuracy is less than 1% of the full range. CEMS adopts the direct extraction method, and each measuring point of flue gas emission monitoring shall keep the required distance. The analytical equipment, such as gas sampling cooler, automatic condensate discharge device, calibration device and analytical instrument, shall be installed in the CEMS monitoring and analysis room with air conditioning near the sampling point. And flow, temperature and pressure adopt separate local instrument. The gas sampling probe and sampling tube shall be heated and thermostatically controlled. Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS) consists of four parts: sensor unit, measurement and control unit, local main control station, data monitoring unit and remote monitor & control platform. CEMS Software is the system software applied on data monitoring unit for collecting, monitoring, computing, displaying, alarming and reporting. PAS‐DAS CEMS Software is the data collection and processing software developed by Beijing SDL Technology Co., Ltd for continuous emission monitoring according to the national standard for environmental protection and with respect to the CEMS of the Company. The system can display, in real time, the numerical values of different pollutant parameters of the complete fume monitoring system and its operation status of the system and pollutant monitoring data, and screen, compute and work out the data according to the relevant standard and methods and automatically generate the daily, monthly, quarterly and annual statements according to the format for the environmental‐ protection statement. The illustration of System Structure is as following 2\current engineering situation The installation of both 2 sets of CEMS for #2 boiler is finished, and the commissioning work is schedule in March 2019.Meanwhile, the other 2 sets of CEMS for boiler 2 will be installed in March 2019 and commissioning in May2019.
