.ADDJlT IONAL SITES CATERING HEAVY DUTY MOTOR
VEIDCLJES FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF PRIVATE
MOTOR VEHICLE INSPECTION CENTERS (P~IVICs)

WHEREAS, the Dq' irtment of Transportation- Land Transportation Office (DOTr-

LTO) issued Memorandum Circular (MC) 2019-009, "Revised Guidelines for the Authorization
of Private Motor Vehicle Inspection Center (PMVIC)" dated 13 March 2019.

WHEREAS, Section 2(G) of MC No. 2019-009 provides that the PMVIC Authorization
Committee (AC) shall have the authority to evaluate specific areas where additional PMVICs
should be established taking into acco•m t the number of registered vehicles in coordination with
LTO.

WHEREAS, through Resolution No. PiVMC-2020-V AR-02, the PMVIC AC resolved to

adopt and approve the opening of additional sites submitted by LTO for the establishment of
PMVICs, to wit:

its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
