Applied project management is a concentrated basic course that gives you a holistic view
of project work. The focus is your role as project manager, with emphasis on simple, practical
tools you can use in your work. Greater understanding of your role as a project manager. Project

challenges faced, especially in Pakistan.

The Trainer have been associated with Power Generation sector for past 13 years in different
roles and responsibilities in the Maintenance and Projects functions. Trainer is Certified Project
Planning Management Professional & gave dozens of trainings on Effective applied Project
Management.

Electrical Engineers, Plant Engineers, Design/Selection Engineers, Procurement Engineers,
Power Utilities Engineers, Contractors, Consultancy Firms, Professors, Lecturers, and Sales
engineers, Safety Engineers.
