ELIGIBILITY Qualified to join are end-customer companies who will purchase qualified HP ProLiant Server bundles within the promo period. End-customer companies are entities that purchase HP ProLiant Server bundles for their own use and not for resale or redistribution. Qualified purchases are entitled to join both point-system based promotion and raffle draw. Only server bundles specified in the Tower and Rack pages of the promo flyer are qualified for the prizes. Promotion offer is not valid with big deal or special deal discounting as determined by Hewlett Packard Philippines Corporation (HP) and/or any other promotional offer in accordance with HP policies. Server bundles and options should come from local distributor(s) dulyaccredited by HP. The Purchase Order issued by end-customer company should indicate a date within the promotion period. POINT-BASED PRIZES o The digital gadget prizes will be given with the lowest available configuration for the specific product model as determined by HP. o The HP branded prizes will be given only after claim has been validated. CAR PRIZE o The car will be registered under end customer company as it appears in the server Purchase Order. o Winners will be responsible for the 20% winners tax and the related vehicle registration for the prize. Qualified promotional bundles purchased should be fully paid before release of raffle prize to the end customer company. All prizes are awarded as is and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
