A) AS THE TRUE REAL AND ORIGINAL PETITIONER FOR THE TITLING OF A CERTAIN
LOT / PARCEL LAND LOCATED IN DISTRICT OF CUBAO, QUEZON CITY IN
LRC-CASE NO. 917, PETITION WAS PUBLISHED IN THE MANILA AMERICAN
NEWSPAPER ON OCTOBER 27, 1904, SAID ORIGINAL PETITION PRAYED THEN FOR
THE FOR ISSUANCE OF ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE OF THE TITLE (O.C.T.) WHICH WAS
GRANTED THEN BY THEN LAND REGISTRATION COMMISSION (L.R.C.) AND AS
RESULT THEREOF DECREE NO. 1425 DATED APRIL 26, 1905 WAS ISSUED, SAID
DECREE NO. 1425 BECAME THE BASIS FOR THE ISSUANCE OF OWNER’S ORIGINAL
