Activating this icon should cause the calculator program to run. The script should also set the
key combination SHIFT+ALT+4 as s shortcut to start the calculator.

UNIT-IV

1. Discuss the working of ASP with proper diagram, also briefly discuss all its Seven objects

2. Create an ASP page named DeleteAllCookies.asp. Write code that will delete all the cookies your
Web site has created on the client' computer. (Hint: Remember that cookies are deleted when
they expire!)
3. Write an ASP code Using ADO to Connect to a database and Retrieve the Content of a Table.
4. Create Two ASP pages, a form creation Web Page and a form processing script. In first ASP
page, user should be shown a form into which he/she can enter a desired maximum price. When
the form is submitted, second page will list all the stocks in the table that cost strictly less than
the price entered by the user.

6 . How we create a Global.asa file in asp? Do I need to have a Global.asa even if I don’t

• If the user is less than 10 years old, the price is $5.00.

1. Program a XML File using the following information structure including DTD section
appropriately:-

Note:
a) Inventory_Item has an attribute namely id (Required).
b) Inventory_Item, Item & Sales can be Empty too.
c) Item has 3 attributes namely id (Required), qty & price.

2. Convert the given information into a XML file and then convert this XML File data into
HTML file as it is.

UNIT III

1. Create a button in your page. On clicking that button, it will display the following:
a) Name of the window.
b) Color of the page.
c) Last modified date.
d) Location of your HTML file.
e) Name of the button that is clicked. All Codes are written in VBScript.

2. Write a statement in VBScript that calculates the length of the Hypotenuse of a right triangle.
Assume the lengths of the other sides are stored in sngSide1 and sngSide2. If you have
forgotten the square of the hypotenuse equals the sum of the squares of the other two sides

of free space on each of the drives on a computer

4. Explain all String functions in VB Script.

5. Create a HTML form that has a number of Textboxes. When the form runs in the browser fill the
Textboxes with data. Write JS code that verifies that all Textboxes have been filled. If a Textbox
has been left empty, popup an Alert indicating which Textbox has left empty .When the Alert’s
OK button is clicked on, set focus to that specific Textbox. If All the Textboxes are filled, display
a Thank.

6. Write a Program Using Java Script to Sort an Array into Alphabetical Order.

UNIT IV

1. Write a servlet that lets a user vote for his favorite food from a combo box or radio buttons
(the user must be able to make muliple food selections per request).

• Store the favorite foods and the number of votes for each food.
• Display all foods and their number of votes in alphabetical order back to the user.
• Use an appropriate Collection class or Map class to store the data.

2. Discuss the method of calling Java Beans in JSP page with example.
3. Discuss all implicit objects in JSP with suitable example?
4. Explain the life-cycle mehtods in JSP?

function usefully use to call a file in another file.

3. How can I retrieve values from one database server and store them in other database
server using PHP?

4. What are the differences between Get and post methods in form submitting.
