PAdm 211
1. What lesson stood out the most for you in PAdm 211? Why?
-I think the lesson that stood out the most for me is the lesson on Theories of Public
Administration because it has given me a wide range of how our public administration has
evolved through the years. It made me realize that public administration should also be improved
as time goes by and shall be studied real time due to different factors that affect it. These theories
will serve as initial guide of our leaders to have their vision on how they should execute the kind
of governance they want for the betterment of their people.
3. What was the most important lesson you learned in PAdm 211? Why?
-The most important lesson that I have learned the most in PAdm211 is that no single theory can
be used in governance. One leader should know how to identify the best theories and ideologies
to be used in order to maximize the opportunities of solving problems and introducing policies
aligned with the said theories.
PAdm 214
1. What lesson stood out the most for you in PAdm 214? Why?
-Enacting a policy doesn’t end in only enacting it. People should understand why did you crafted
such policies and how it will benefit them. They should also be promoters of your policies
because they have seen how it help them and how it works for the community.
3. What was the most important lesson you learned in PAdm 214? Why?

-The most important lesson that I Learned is the importance of monitoring and evaluation in
checking the efficiency of public policies. You cannot measure something that you cannot count
as they say so assessment is very important and crucial in order to fully evaluate what has been
effective and what has been failing in the project.
PAdm 216
1. What lesson stood out the most for you in PAdm 216? Why?
-How to do comprehensive project plans and how to think of plans that works for the
community. Plans are very important in order to record and monitor all the accomplishments of
the plan before it will be determined as a successful project.
3. What was the most important lesson you learned in PAdm 216? Why?
-Sustainability of projects lies on the doability of the project. You cannot just propose a project
that is too ambitious that needs too much resources to see its impact to the people. Resources will
continue to flow if people will see how helpful it is to the community.

Among the three subjects, PAdm 211, PAdm 214, PAdm 216—which one is your favorite?
Why?
-The one that I like the most is the PAdm211 which is the Theory and Practice of Public
Administration. Because it gives me a wider scope of Public Administration and the different
theories that I can apply as I fulfill my jobs in the Local Government Unit of Agoo, La Union. It
has shown the importance of theories in the evolution of Public Administration.
How will the lessons you learned in these subjects help you in your work?
-It will surely help me the most because as an Information Officer, it would be an advantage to
learn so many things about public administration because I can share some of my thoughts to my
coworkers especially during consultation meetings on crafting guidelines and other rules that are
aligned with the different concepts and ideologies of Public Administration

Which lessons do you think will help you the most in your work?
-I think the lessons that would help me most in my work are the lessons about Project Planning
and Development, Making Effective Public Policies and Application of Theories of Public
Administration and the Concept of Decentralization which has been really new to me, It is only
after I got to finish all the lessons that I learn about pieces and bits of the topic.
