1. Who are pro-nature? Pro-nurture? Are the additional reasons you can give in
favor of nature/nurture? Who are neither for nature or nurture? Why?
Only those who have not studied biology or who are not biologists are in favor of nature
or nurture. However, those who are aware of how the body and brain function recognize
that almost everything that makes us who we are is a result of a combination of nature
and nurture. The mixture is impossible to untangle due to its tremendous complexity.
Furthermore, environmental stresses can alter the genome via epigenetics. If you
choose any component of your personality, such as whether you're introverted or
extroverted, the cause is likely to be a combination of hereditary and environmental
factors, with the exception of a few genetic disorders and traits.
The continuity view says that change is gradual. Children become more skillful in
thinking, talking or acting much the same way as they get taller. The discontinuity view
sees development as more abrupt-a succession of changes that produce different
behaviors in different age-specific life periods called stages.
3. Who claims stability is more correct than change? Change is more correct than
stability?
Change is more correct. When you maintain a thing, for example, your toxic mindset,
your well-being will not improve and you will have to face problems because of that so
you must change in order to lessen your problems because of your toxic mindset.
