One of the demands is a stronger involvement of the customer into the requirement engineering
process. One of the other main demands that the authors mention is to be careful in the selection
process of stakeholders. Selecting the right stakeholders is a very important aspect when gathering
requirements. The authors agree that the selection of stakeholders which are not relevant for the
system or a wrong selection of stakeholders can have a negative effect on the products. In our project,
one of our aims is to discover the challenges that requirements engineers face when eliciting
requirements for interactive and intelligent systems in the automotive domain and Berkovich et al.’s
paper provides us with a good starting point.
