    Kansai Nerolac Paints (Bangladesh) Limited is a subsidiary of Kansai Paint of Japan.

    Kansai Paint is a comprehensive manufacturer of paints and coatings. The Products include- Automotive
    Coatings, Industrial coatings, Decorative coatings, Protective coatings and Marine Coatings. Kansai Paint
    is the 8 the largest paint manufacturer company in the world having operation in 80 countries in Asia,
    Europe, America and Africa with a gross sale over $3.9 Billion.

    With a philosophy that encourages compassion and a vision that has tremendous foresight, the way

    The industry is located in Shahjibazar, Hobigonj along the highway to Dhaka-Sylhet.

    RAW MATERIALS:
    About 330 chemical uses in paints industry. The major raw materials are

     Pigments
     Resins
     Additives
     Thinner
     Binder
    PROCESS DESCRIPTION :
    Raw material storage: Pigments, Binder, Additive, Colorant, Solvent store. Process on machine or
    equipment:

     taken solvent, additives, pigment and run of two desired points of finished
     Binder and other solvents added until proper mixed.

    Mixture (solvent base paint)

     Taken mill base and added rest of solvent, blinder


     Added colorant up to desired color
     Checked and match with standard quality parameter

    Filtering: Filtered to packing.

    Packing: Packing for desired stock keeping unit.

    Finish good: Storage suitable place on finish goods design.

    Distribution: Distribute to us deport all Bangladesh.
