This summary is a document you will carry with you for the rest of your officer

career. This will serve as your guide for hosting, you should therefore put maximum
effort into it. If need be, you may add onto it after you pass Stage 2.

Preparation

Hosting trainings is the primary duty of Red Army Officers. While hosting,
uphold the reputation of the Officer Corps by acting proper, mature, and focused on
the event at all times. Failure to do so will result in a swift removal by Red Army
HiCOM.

Hosting a General Training as an OOT

To host a General Training, a supervisor is needed every time that Officers

On Trial wish to host. There is no exception to this rule. Message active-duty
officers in any way possible until a supervisor has been found. The supervisor may
need to claim training for you. Prepare a format to be posted in #events within The
Soviet Union Discord. Officers On Trial will be the players to post the format once
approved by the supervisor.

Host General Trainings only in Training Camp 2. Either private servers or

public servers can be used when hosting as long as two TSU branches are not hosting
in the same server. Before posting the event format, ensure that both the host and
supervisor are in position. If you do not have cuffs, request them from the
supervisor.

Announce the event in the #events channel of the TSU Discord and give
attendees 10-15 minutes to join. The host decides the time for attendees to join.
Only Red Guard, Spetsnaz, 109th, and the Red Army can deploy in General Trainings.
Once the 10-15 minutes are up, ask for the supervisor to server lock the server.
Announce that the server is server locked below the event format and begin the
event.

Introduce yourself and the supervisor to start. Afterwards, begin the general
explanation in which you explain the general rules of the Red Army. You must make
the script for the general explanation. Supervisors may assist and approve the
script if needed. End the introduction by explaining the four ways to earn honor
within the General Training. These ways are participating in the event, winning two
of the three rounds of faces, exceeding in formations, and being one of the first
seven attendees to pass the tryout within two or three minutes without cheating.

The first section of the General Training will be faces. Explain everything
on how TSU faces work.

TSU Faces Rules:

Only “[Direction], incline.” or “[Direction], face.” is valid.
All commands that attendees must follow during faces must be grammatically correct.
Server messages or server banners are invalid commands that attendees should not
follow.
Only "Center, face." breaks "Control, face."
Uppercase "i" cannot be swapped with a lowercase "L" to trick attendees during
faces and vice versa. Do not explain this rule to attendees as only hosts have to
follow.

Start a practice round for attendees to be a little familiarized with the

commands and basics of faces. When the timing is correct, move on to the official
three rounds to earn the honor. Do whatever is needed to eliminate players from
faces legally until three players are standing. If a command leaves only two or
fewer players in a round, that is all right.

After the three rounds of faces have been completed, formations will be the
next phase of the General Training. SFL (Single File Line) the players and march
them to the snowfield. Perform the following formations in any order, though this
respective order is preferable: Wedge, Double Column, Firing Square, and Firing
Line (Left Shoulder). Take a screenshot of the wedge to be able to log the event.
If you and the supervisor believe that the attendees exceeded in formations, give
one honor to all.

SFL the players once again after the formations portion has been completed
and march the attendees to the obby. STS them on the red line with seven maximum on
each line. Explain to them how the obby will go, how they will earn honor and the
time total that attendees will be given to complete the obby. You can choose to
provide either a two minute time limit or three. Ensure that no attendees skip
sections of the obby. If an attendee is caught skipping, dismiss them.

Once the obby is completed, inform the attendees that the event has finished
and dismiss them. Mark the training, distribute honor to each attendee that has met
one or more requirements, log the training in #army-training-log in The Soviet
Union Discord, and log the training in #training-logs in Officer Academy.

Hosting a Combat Training as an OOT

To host a Combat Training, OOTs require a supervisor. There is no exception to this

rule. Message active-duty officers in any way possible until a supervisor has been
found. The supervisor may need to claim a training for you. Prepare a format to be
posted in #events within The Soviet Union Discord. Officers On Trial will be the
players to post the format once the supervisor has approved it.

Host Combat Trainings only in a Futuretops (Rework) VIP server. Before posting the
event format:
Ensure that both the host and supervisor are in position.
Give Administrator+ to the supervisor.
When ready, announce the event in the #events channel of the TSU Discord and give
attendees 10-15 minutes to join. Once the 10-15 minutes are up, server lock the
server.
Announce that the server is server locked below the event format and begin the
event.

Introduce yourself and the host. Go over the rules of the Combat Training and how
to earn honor within the event. Attendees can earn honor by participating till the
end, exceeding in combat (up to the host's discretion), being the MVP in the last
round, and being the MVP in all four matches.

Run through the four rounds, all with different guns and maps. The outscore can be
chosen between 4 and 6. An example of a command string to run to start each round
is:

/e :rs all :rbounds :os 5 :map Bricktops :tool SMG :rt nonadmins r b :start

When choosing heal guns for rounds, inform attendees on how to heal with the
weapon. It may be ideal to have the server banner display all that there is to know
about the round. For example:

/e :n Round 2 of 4 | Outscore: 5 | Gun Breaks: State X | Spawnkilled: State SK

Speak in Teamchat | Q to Heal

Do not participate in combat as the host. Once all four rounds are completed, take
a screenshot of the event, inform the attendees that the event has finished and
dismiss them. Mark the training, distribute honor to each attendee that has met one
or more requirements, log the training in #army-training-log in The Soviet Union
Discord, and log the training in #training-logs in Officer Academy.

Giving Honor

There are two ways in which Red Army Officers can give out honor. Officers On
Trial can also do this as long as they are giving out honor appropriately for their
hosted events.

The first way is to give honor individually. The command string is:

;honor [username] change [amount] [reason]

Run this command when there is a shortlist of names to be given out honor or a
mistake when running the second command string.

The second way to give out honor is for large batches of usernames. There is
no limit to how many usernames can be entered in this command unless the Discord
chat limit is considered. While effective, be sure not to make any mistakes as this
command has a long command cooldown. If errors are made while using this command,
officers should use the first way. The command string is:

;honorbatch [username1] [amount1] [reason1] | [username2] [amount2] [reason2]

| [username3] [amount3] [reason3] | …

Hosting a Server Startup

OOTs can be given cuffs during the session to post attendees. Request from
the supervisor for cuffs before the event.

To host a Server Startup, find an almost to entirely empty server. If there

are no servers that can meet the criteria, go to each available server and block a
single player. If there is a blocked player in each open server, joining the game
will allow you to enter a new server to host in.

Once deployed in the server, close the border and add a server banner
informing players that the Server Startup is occurring in that server. Announce the
SSU in #events and give attendees five minutes to join. Once the five minutes are
up, inform them that the event has started under the SSU format.

Introduce yourself as the host. Once finished, begin assigning posts to each
attendee. The Facility Operations Command may assist if you permit them. Once all
attendees are given a position, stand at the border entrance for a screenshot to
log. Afterwards, open the border and announce it to the rest of the server. PTS
will no longer take effect. You may go outside as an OOT while hosting.

During the rest of the Server Startup, observe border operations and answer
any questions that attendees may have. Do not deploy off-duty as the host in SSUs.
The event should run for around twenty-five to thirty minutes before completion.
When it is over, remove the server banner, leave the game, mark, and log the event.
No honor is to be distributed for Server Startups.

General Information

The cooldown between two successive trainings is 80 minutes.

The cooldown between two successive Server Startups is 60 minutes.
Trainings must always go in the order of GT-CT-GT or CT-GT-CT. Never host a Combat
Training after a Combat Training or a General Training after a General Training.
There is no cooldown or order to follow after the day resets.
There can be either six or eight trainings a day depending on how active the Corps
is at a given time.
