For the bread, you need to prepare the ingredients, as follows: five hundred grams of
wheat flour, six grams of yeast, one hundred and fifty grams of sugar, two hundred mililiters
of white milk, one hundred grams of butter, twenty seven grams of powdered milk, one egg,
one egg yolk, and a pinch of salt. To make the garlic butter, you need one hundred and fifty
grams of melted butter, one egg, three grams of parsley flakes, eight cloves of garlic, finely
chopped, a quarter teaspoon of salt, and twenty grams of sweetened condensed milk. For the
cream cheese, you have to prepare one hundred and seventy grams of grated cheese, one
hundred and forty five mililiters of white milk, one teaspoon of cornstarch, and thirty grams of
powdered sugar.
Now, let’s start to make the bread. First, add the flour, sugar, white milk, egg, egg yolk,
powdered milk, and yeast into the bread mixer. Second, turn on the bread mixer with the
smallest speed and wait until all the ingredients are well mixed. Next, put butter and salt into
the dough, then increase the speed of the bread mixer to medium high and wait the dough to
become smooth for about 25 minutes. After that, turn off the bread mixer once the dough is
smooth, then move the dough into a container and cover the surface of the dough with plastic

and remove the bread from the oven. Leave all of the bread at room temperature to reduce the
heat.

Meanwhile, you can make the garlic butter. You just need to add chopped garlic,
sweetened condensed milk, parsley flakes, salt, and egg into melted butter, then stir until all
ingredients are well mixed. Next, make the cream cheese. First, add a little white milk into the
cornstarch and mix well. Second, put the grated cheese and all of the milk in a saucepan. After
that, put the saucepan on the stove. Let it cook over low heat until the cheese and milk are
combined. Then, add twenty mililiters of white milk and powdered sugar. Mix well. Next, turn
off the stove and leave the cream cheese until the temperature decreases. Then, put cream
cheese in a piping bag.
Now, let’s unite these three elements into Korean cream cheese garlic bread. First, slice
the bread into 3 half-deep (unsplit) on each bread. After that, dip the bread into the garlic butter
mixture until all surfaces are evenly coated (except the bottom) and put it on the pan. Then,
spray the cream cheese on each slit side of the slice on the bread. Next, turn on the oven and
bake all the bread in the oven with low heat for 10 minutes until the surface of the bread is
crisp. Last, turn of the oven and take out the bread. Finally, our Korean cream cheese garlic
bread is ready to eat. Enjoy this sweet and savory treat!
