mm x 600mm x 40mm thk using 35mm x 35mm thk MS epoxy
coated sections for the framework, cladded with 4mm thk SS
brushed steel cladding bent on the edges to give a seamless
finish. Item to include printing on 2mm thk Aluminium sheet fixed
to top panel covering all three sides in as many colours as
required. The entire signage to be fitted to the ground using 6mm
thk MS epoxy coated base plate and anchored below ground
upto depth of 750mm using cement concrete bed 1:2:4 (1
Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm
nominal size) inclusive of excavation, centering, shuttering, curing
and finishing using 20mm dia SS anchor rods and making sure
of all necessary means to anchor the signage to the ground / wall.

18 18 Type S5-Providing and fixing external signage of 500 x 500 mm x Numbers 5.00
2600 mm height and 75 mm in depth using MS epoxy coated
sections for the framework, cladded with precoated
4mm thk Aluminium sheets bent on the edges to give a
seamless finish.The framework to be fixed on a rough granite
clad base. The signage to be backlit and provision for making an
openable panel to be created on the rear of the signage for
maintenance purposes. The shutter to be flushed to the outside
surface with a lock mechanism for security. No framework for the
shutter to be visible. Item to include creating a pit of 800 mm x
800 mm x 800 mm as shown in the drawing for the MS
framework to go inside and concrete to be poured for
anchorage and giving sturdity to the signage. Item to
include printing on Aluminium as well as laser cutting for
letters and other graphics as mentioned in as many colours as
required. For the backlit portion of the signage, 5 mm acrylic sheet
to be used and fitted with epoxy coated angle cleats as shown in
the drawing.

mouldings and design of the panels as in the decorative detail
with all beading patti as per size etc., 12 mm ply backing to be
used for the notice board. Item to include complete finishing of the
shutter inclusive of primer and paint or melamine polish as
approved by the Architect. Mode of Measurement: Area of the
notice board including the moulding to be paid in area. Item to
include all the text and graphics which need to be written on the
notice board as per details given to the contractor.
