CVC functionality index
The H&PWD has collected data on 7 key indicators to gauge the performance of CVCs across South Punjab. The
index below describes the metrics gauged within each indicator
Basic facility Availability and functionality of basic inputs like utilities, back-up power, security
functionality guards, parking facility, access to washrooms at an operational CVC 10%
Waiting area Availability of appropriate waiting space, optimal lighting & temperature, display of 13%
functionality signs & guidelines and compliance to COVID SOPs
Screening area Availability of screening counters, essential inputs required at the counters and 20%
functionality recording & reporting of clients' vitals and medical history
Registration area Establishment of registration counters, availability of essential inputs, compliance 15%
functionality to required data systems and display of relevant signs
Vaccine administration Establishment of vaccine administration counters, availability of vaccine, ILR(s) & 20%
