    PROJECT PROPOSAL
    I. PROJECT TITLE: CONSTRUCTION OF MAKESHIFT

    II. RATIONALE

    Dep Ed Order No. 34, s. 2022 re: School Calendar of Activities for the School Year 2022-
    2023 Brigada Eskwela shall focus on an information campaign, preparations, and
    strengthening partnerships that complement the Department's effort to ensure quality basic
    education. This shall be conducted on August l-26,2022.

    As an institution catering the secondary learners and with the provisions of DepEd
    implementing the gradual introduction of five (5)-day in-person learning modality, the
    school needs to prepare its facilities especially the classrooms. In this aspect, Tiong Hen So
    Memorial High School is expected to experience shortage. Hence, an alternative is to be
    constructed to ensure that learners are in safe and conducive learning environment which
    will contribute much in their learning.

    III. OBJECTIVES
    1. To construct makeshift classrooms to ensure the safety and comfort of
    learners;
    2. To strengthen partnership with stakeholders; and
    3. To implement Brigada Eskwela properly and productively.

    IV. METHODOLOGY

    Thru Brigada Eskwela campaign, information dissemination and partnership with various
    stakeholders with the guidance of Division an School Brigada Eskwela Coordinator activities
    like fund raising and presentation of project proposal are to be done. Meetings with
    municipal and barangay LGU are also implemented in consonance with the existing
    guidelines and policies of the department.

    School will accept monetary and in kind resources that could help the school realize this
    project. Proper recording, accounting and communicating of the assistance to be received

    This project will be very beneficial for THSMHS students because classroom is one of
    those basic needs towards the attainment of quality learning. It has a great impact on the
    learning process that would impact the learners in their daily learning activities.
