Product Plan
Product/Service Plan
Purpose of the Product/Services
Tea-Shaw will be offering food and drinks that will satisfy the taste and hunger of the
people. Since shawarma is quite a heavy meal, it can right away fill up the hunger of the
customers. Since the majority of Filipinos are always on the go and love food, shawarma is the
perfect food, it is light in their budget and heavy in the stomach. Of course, since Tea Shaw
offers food, it partners it with drinks which are milk tea. Milk teas are offered to quench the thirst
of the customers. Milk teas are one of the all-time favorite drinks of the Filipinos. Since Many
Filipinos loved eating at a street food stalls, Tea-Shaw will use a food truck so that they can get
the attention of the customers since it hasn’t been executed by the other business in their area.
Unlike food stalls, food truck can move to different places/areas to sell their foods and drinks.
This food truck will be driven around Sta. Rosa Laguna to look for customers.

Production Process and Controls that will be used to manufacture the Products
Below is the shawarma cooking method:
1. Combine all ingredients except for beef, fillings, and sauce ingredients to make the
marinade. If it seems a little dry, add a little olive oil (a tablespoon at a time).
2. Add the beef in a stockpot or large saucepan then cover and refrigerate for least 8 hours,
preferably overnight.
3. Cook beef over medium heat for 45 minutes or until done. Be sure not to overcook it! If
beef becomes a little dry, add a few tablespoons of water throughout the cooking
duration.
4. While beef is cooking, prepare the sauce. Combine sauce ingredients and mix well. Set
aside.
5. Take the onions, tomatoes, cucumbers and sprinkle with sumac. Add other filling
ingredients in a large bowl and combine well.
6. When the beef is done, you can shred it, slice it, or leave into large pieces. As long as it is
thinly cut, there is not much difference. We prefer to cut mine into wide strips.
7. To assemble the pita, place enough beef on the pita to cover 1/4 of the loaf. Add veggies
and pour sauce. Roll like a soft taco or burrito and you have shawarma!
Below is the milk tea making method:
1. Scoop the designated topping of the customer to the cup.
2. Fill a cup with ice.
3. Fill sugar and milk to the cup of ice.
4. Cover the cup and shake it.
5. Pour it to the cup with the toppings.
6. Have a cup full of tea and fill it with ice.
7. Shake the cup full of tea.
8. Pour the cup of tea into the milk with the toppings.
9. Close the cup and serve.
