RE: LETTER OF REQUEST TO INVISTIGATE THE LOST ENTRY

Madam:
This is to bring the attention of your office to the following concerns:
1. The Grade 10 E-SIM entry of this school by Mr. Edwin Guillermo was lost in consequence our department had no entry.
2. The said entry was submitted to the committee in-charge as it was included in the list of entries.
3. Unfortunately, during the actual contest the entry was nowhere to be found.
4. The incident was reported already to the committee in-charge, but it seemed that everyone was caught unaware. Everyone was even trying to point out each other’s finger with uncertainty.
5. After the contest, I did expect that the committee in-charge would do something to bring out the answer of the problem and yet to this writing nothing was done nor anything transpired.

It is in this light that I would want to have the shade of light so that everyone especially
in our school in general, and in my Science department in particular shall be illuminated of what really emerged to the lost entry.

Hence, the correspondent leaves to the capacity of your office to help us find the reply of our pleading.

Thank you very much for your kind attention and prompt action.

Very Truly Yours,

MRS. IMELDA D.G. GALLARDO
