Because design helps us engage, it keeps us connected to the world, it helps us navigate our way
through physical and digital spaces. Design is used to communicate, depending on who we are – it can be
influential by understanding our behavior and demographics.
Likewise, in education, design is a way of teaching and learning, for easy to teach and easy to
learn. Because good design is so much more than creating a good-looking product. It is about creating a
positive experience for users at every touch point and with every interaction.
