Economic significance the retailers play the role of sales specialist and also the agents of purchase for their customer and suppliers respectively. Retailers handle gamut of roles and functions aiming at understanding customer requirements and anticipating the demand gathering information but the market trends through strong market intelligence and making products related assortments and discovering financing opportunities. 2. Continous improvement drives both the improvement of processes and products. Companies that actively look for ways to enhance their business will invariable increase the value of their products and service this will lead to more sophisticated and overall more economically competitive offering. 3. In the modern workplace knowledge and technology quickly becomes absolutely over time.
