1. Among the behaviors you listed, did you write down more productive behaviors or
destructive behaviors?

I wrote on more productive because at this state whether its a negative or


positive emotion I tend to be productive than destructive because doing
something destructive can have a lot of consequences, thinking about the
consequences is what I do first before doing something stupid

2. Identify the emotion where you had more productive behaviors. Which emotion
did you have more destructive behaviors?

Beings inspired causes me too much productivity such as being a hard worker
for one day and that at this kind of emotion is what really makes me hy[per
active the down side on this is that I tend to fall asleep harder, also I have
more productivity in this kind of emotion because when I’m inspired I tend to
feel that I can do everything.

3. Are you more likely to have positive emotions or negative emotions?

This depends to the people that I’ am with but to put it in simple terms I tend
to have a positive emotion I always look in the positive side of things because
doing this would give you a good personality towards others but I also look at
negative emotions too because this is an important aspect of emotion,
sometimes negative emotion builds you better than positive because you can
tell your weakness this goes vise versa with the positive emotion as well.

4. Explain your answer. How do your emotions influence your sense of self?

It influence me like being who I’ am at a certain period because the emotion


of both happiness and sadness has big impact on myself because of this I can
see my ups and downs.by sense of self this refers to who you are at a given
point in time if your in a birthday party the logical emotion would be
happiness but at a funeral it would be sadness.
