    ARESOLUTION CREATING THE SPECIAL HEALTH FUND (SHF AND AUTHORIZING THE
    HONORABLE CITY MAYOR LUCILO R. BAYRON AND THE CITY TREASURER TO OPEN
    A SPECIAL HEALTH FUND ACCOUNT WITH THE LANDBANK OF THE PHILIPPINES,
    PUERTO PRINCESA CITY RELATIVE TO THE INTEGRATION OF THE LOCAL HEALTH
    SYSTEM PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO0. 11223, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE
    UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE (UHC) ACT, IN THE CITY OF PUERTO PRINCESA.

    WHEREAS, Article Il, Section 15 of the 1987 Philippine Constitution declares it a policy of the State to protect and
    promote the right to health of the people and instill health consciousness among them
    WHEREAS, Section 20 of Republic Act No. 11223, or the Universal Health Care (UHC) Act, provides that the City
    shall pool and manage all resources intended for health services to finance

    BE IT RESOLVED, as it is
    hereby resolved, to create the Special Health Fund
    City Mayor Lucilo R. Bayron and the City Treasurer to open a Special Health Fund(SHF)
    and authorize the Honorable
    account with the Land Bank of the
    Philippines, Puerto Pincesa City relative to
    integration
    11223, otherwise known as the Universal Health Care (UHC)ofAct,
    theinlocal health system pursuant to Republic Act No.
    the Cily of Puerto Princesa.

    RESOLVED further, that copies ofthis Resolution be fumished to Honorable City Mayor Ludlo R. Bayron, the City
    Administrator, City Health Officer, the City Legal Officer, the City Health Officer, the Gity Treasurer, and the City
    Information Officer, all of this City, for their information and appropriate action.
