1. Describe the four goals of Human Resource Management. Do you think some human
resource management goals are more important than others? Why, or why not?
competitiveness, enhancing productivity and quality, adhering to legal and social obligations, and
promoting individual growth and development. The first goal, facilitating organizational
competitiveness, states that in order to be capable of leading, a unit within an organization must
have goals in order to put to work the vision on the department’s blueprint. Being competitive aids

engage with their employees in this environment, it must be approached with caution because
departmental competitiveness can have an impact on the firm. Second, improving productivity and
quality can be described as seeking the ideal system that allows its employees to be efficient while
also producing high employee engagement, which contributes to enhanced employee performance
and increased production efficiency, which can result in profitability. Third, as the human
resources compliance role of human resource adds value to an organization, compliance with legal
and social obligations is required in an organization. Since following the rules has always been a
requirement, compliance with these obligations is a critical aspect because it can help govern the
relationship between management and its employees. Lastly, being dynamic and fluid at all times
can promote individual growth and development not only for its employees but also for employers,
seeing as human resource enables programs that orient, train, and develop employees.
Having such human resource management objectives can assist a company in bridging the
gap between employee performance and the organization's strategic objectives. To conclude, I
believe that no human resource management goal is superior to another because they all work
optimally to keep and improve the organization by holistically improving the skills, knowledge,
provides motivation and reasoning and answers the question on how and why human resource and
management make the decisions that they do. Knowing effective management and successfully
leading a team can exponentially increase the company's greatness through team management.
