client from the build document. Creating a Template and deploying VMs from template. Installing and configuring the Guest Server OS and configuring the VM from Hyper-V perspective like adding disks, network adapters, Network Lables. Reconfiguring VMs as per customer requirements like extending Hard disk, increasing RAM, adding CPU, adding new Hard disk and adding NIC. Supporting multiple servers around the globe with mixed OS Environment(2008, 2012, 2012r2, 2016, 2019) Windows Servers(Physical/Virtual). Implemented and Administered Change Management related to patch installation, server upgrades and software installation. Identify existing and potential issues with server health, performance and stability. Working on ITIL Framework environment using SNOW as ticketing tool to handle tickets, changing requests, audits and report making. Managing Hyper-V and Windows environment.
