1 DAY PROCESS

1DP(1 Day process)

1 DP otherwise known as 1DP for brevity is a by-product of a process


improvement initiative conceptualized and piloted by the Talent Acquisition
Team.

It is a segmentized process that reduces the hiring cycle into a 1 production


day.
Objectives:

To significantly improve fulfillment rate and the hiring pool


through the acquired ability to execute more hiring cycles.

Enable the team to automate several processes thereby


being able to focus on other qualitative tasks such as
branding and pre hire engagement

Reduces production lags and increases accuracy and

STAGE 1: InsBOSS Training From Home Requirements


Talent Acquisition need to send email to applicant to compelete the enclosed
InsBOSS Training From Home Requirements form

Talent Aquisition need to check applicant's response

Training From Home Requirements:

1. Own PC/LAPTOP
2. Internet Connection
3. Internet Speed (at least 10MBPS)
4. LAN Ports (at least 1-2)
5. Work Place (Quiet Environment)
6. Ethernet Cable
7. Webcam
8. Headset with Microphone
Scheduling of Core Assessment
The schedule of 1DP is every Wednesday

TA need to send the zoom link invite 2 days


before the assessment day

Stage 2 - Core Assessment


TA will to explain the details and process of the assessment

Assessment needs to be completed 2 hours and 30 minutes

Once completed the test, applicants need to take the screenshot of the
entire page of your results and then send it back to this email:
[email protected]

TA CSM need to check applicant's essay

TA need to record applicant's score properly


Sending Zoom Link for Stage 3 Reverse Panel

After the approval of S2, TA need to send zoom invitation to applicant

The reverse panel participant can be 5 to 7 applicant in each batch

Stage 3 - Reverse Panel

TA will explain the details and process of the assessment

Applicant will share their screen to check internet speedtest

TA should ask question according to InsBOSS core values

TA needs to identify strength and weakness of the applicants
