Command+Alt+Arrow Left/Arrow Right Short jump (10 seconds) default

Command+Shift+Arrow Left/Arrow Right Medium jump (1 minute) default

Command+Alt+Shift+Arrow Left/Arrow Right Long jump (5 minutes) default
