    Dear Ma’am,

    Good day!

    We, a group of 4th year students of Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of
    Science and Technology of Southern Philippines – Claveria will be hosting a free seminar about “Soil
    Media Preparation” on November 27, 2020, 1:00-4:00 pm in the afternoon. This webinar will gather
    45 people who enjoy taking care of ornamental plants and are nicknamed as “Plant-titos and Plant-
    titas”.

    Since we are now suffering from a pandemic and have to follow Covid-19 protocols set by the IATF,
    we have turned it into a webinar. This way, our audiences will be able to enjoy the lecture safely and
    conveniently at the comfort of their own homes.

    As such, we are inviting your presence for a welcome address during our program. We believe that
    you and your expertise will be able to ignite their curiosity and attentiveness by leaving words of
    inspiration at the start of our event.
