Details of Task
The Site engineer identify with the presence of company inspector all damaged structures in Zliten cement station and mentionned
cracks , give instruction to workers and supervise concrete cover demolition activities as per company specifications and Safety rules

After having been appearing steel rebars behind of demolished concrete cover , Company inspector with Contractor site engineer
proceed to the repair using Sika Dur product as approved epoxy , Contractor workers have got instruction from site engineer to finalise
this activity as per company specifications

The site engineer supervise when Formworks are set up in place , take posistion , fixed and prioir to pour concrete , Sikatatex product is
ejected on the surface to be filled with new concrete to ensure the adhesion , The mix design of concrete contain the sika grout product
with very high caracteristic for concrete adhesion and against crush

Formworks is removed and concrete surface is smoothed by contractor workers if any founded holes or non conformity , plastering
works are perfomed to finalise the surface of the structure and protect the concrete cover against humidity

To finalise , structure of valve may be coated with Bituminous product to protect the surface against selt and humidity , In fact it is up to
client inspector if the area air is over detrimental

Contractor workers clean the area and remove all waste maerials / unwanted materials from the site following site engineer instructions
to perform the housekeeping in the work area
