Knowing our talents and weaknesses, in my opinion, helps us better grasp who we are and how
we work. and also aid in our continued growth.

I carefully employ my strengths, and I'll use failure as my largest motivator. I also put more
emphasis on my talents than on my weaknesses, and I'm going to change the idea that my
personality is different from others'.

3. How can you use your strengths and minimize your weakness to develop yourself in the
following aspects: physical or physiological, intellectual, spiritual, and social?

A positive attitude on the future can help you become a better person. The more you are
committed to acting on your convictions, the less evidence there is that you are weak.
Concentrate on your strengths rather than your weaknesses. Being brave can eliminate fear, and
if you have that will that drives you, you can be that warrior of your own weakness. Always have
options when rendering solutions to issues you are facing. Sometimes the well-planned solutions
save you from disappointments. Having a courage and discipline are very important. Weakness
is your enemy; therefore, don't focus on it. Instead, face the consequences and have that strong
determination to overcome it.

4. How did the poem effect you?

I'm upset because I did not anticipate being that kind of person. I just want to be approachable
and accepting of people.
