MODULE ASSESSEMNT:PART 1

1. What do you observe in the photos above?


The photos tell something about helping the community. It illustrates that we can
help the community and its residents with different deeds. On the first picture, people
are cleaning the lake for sustainability. Second, people are helping other people
through giving their needs in time of calamity. Third, an individual can help other
people through donating their blood. And fourth, they’re planting trees for the
community.
2. How do you feel as you look at the photos? Why do you say so?
I feel amazed at these photos because I myself have tried these things, like
cleaning the community and teaching children on the streets. Also, I feel their
compassionate hearts because in fact, they don’t know who they’re helping. Like
donating your blood to a stranger or cleaning a dirty lake which is not in your vicinity.
3. How are the volunteers in the photos show citizenship?
The volunteers show citizenship because it’s not their job to do these things. They
have fun doing these things and they love helping each other and not expecting
something in return.
4. If you were in the position of the volunteers in the photos, would you do the
same?
Yes, I’ll do the same because even small deeds when put together can have great
effect.
5. After a very keen observation of the photos above, why do you think good
citizenship values must be taught to students?
These things should be taught in every level not just in highschool. Young students
should learn why and how to help each other. This won’t just have effect on the who’s
being helped but also the helper. It gives them the sense if compassion and this will
soften their hearts.
MODULE ASSESSMENT:PART 2

1. As a student, how do you exercise the values being promoted by the


University?
We can exercise the University values through the help of NSTP. Civic
responsibility is one of the core values of Rizal Technological University and it's
always being practiced in our subject NSTP. We also practice ourselves to be sociable
because more things can be done when you’re in it together.

2. Other than the core values of the University, what other values do you
think are being practiced by the RTUans?
RTUans also practices how to self-study because not every time our professors are
available. During this pandemic, we need to double the self-study because we are
much farther to our professors and sometimes they can’t teach or us students can’t
attend online classes. RTUans also practices the sense of urgency, finding a spot for a
good connection is a nightmare so when students have the chance of a good internet
connection, they’ll use it efficiently.

3. Suppose that Christopher is your friend. What pieces of advice can you give for
him to appreciate the NSTP Program?
I’ll tell him that this is one of the things that you can support your country as a
student. Don’t think about the hardships that’ll will come with it. Think about the
memories and the people you’ve helped as you take the subject NSTP. It will also
help you physically, mentally, and spiritually which will then you can use when
graduated from college.
