Daily Verification of Process Parameters Checklist

This document is a daily checklist used to verify process parameters for injection molding machines. It includes parameters like cycle time, fill time, cooling time, shot size, pressures, temperatures, and machine/mold conditions that are checked against established limits across multiple shifts. Any parameters outside limits or issues with machines/molds require an explanation in the comments section and supervisor signature.
