was assigned to us.

and enzyme.
5. Guiding and helping elders for their routine work.
METHODS
1. The task of maintaining records of visitor’s birthday and anniversary was done on Excel
and I have used my skills in that.
2. To guide the visitors, we were required to know about the NGO and what all services
and facility NGO provides in detail so that we can answer any query that arises in the
mind of visitors.
3. We have to send automated reminder to those who have previously celebrated their
birthday and anniversary with NGO.
4. We have observed the nature of elders and treated them in best possible way.

1. We have learned various things and skills through the course of internship by working
with Gold Coin Seva Trust.

3. While talking with some elders, we got to know that what all are the reasons for that
their children send them in old age home.
4. The experience at NGO taught us that we should love and respect our elders and how
helping and doing their small works can make them happy.
5. By making around 1000 seed ball in a day, we discovered that how team work can
easily accomplish any work effectively.

6. We have seen how other people donates things like exercise machines, Roti making
machine, water filters, religious books and many more.
CHALLENGES
1. Although our internship was exciting and enriching but it was also full of challenges.

routine work.
3. The task to call all elders at a given time was a tough task and only some of them were
on time.
4. It was a first time when we made seed balls using soil, sand, cow dunk and cow urine.
5. The task of giving right and properly working medical equipment and machines, and
also checking it after the usage by patient was also a challenging task for us.
